  • Always answer your call or greet you cheerfully, enthusiastically and courteously.

  • Clearly explain (where required) the rules set out by Thatcham and your insurance company to ensure that the product installed meets the Thatcham Approved Category 5 or 6 accreditation as required for insurance approval.

  • Ensure that all costs are made clear before carrying out any tracking installation work.  This includes Insurance Tracker hardware and relevant antennas, lease costs and admin costs included in lease costs where applicable and any ongoing subscriptions costs.

  • Make the process of purchasing and installing a Category 5  Tracker or a Category 6 Tracker product as straight forward as possible with the minimum of interference to your normal routine.

  • Carry out all tracker installation work to the very highest standards, ensuring that wiring is made safe, the GPS tracking system and all corresponding hardware is well hidden and that your vehicle is treated with respect and left in the condition you would expect from a quality insurance approved tracker installation.

  • Ensure that you are provided with the correct contact details relating to the tracker product purchased – this includes all numbers required in the event of theft or where you might need to contact the manufacturer to discuss subscriptions or bolt on options.

  • Provide quality ongoing customer care both before and after sales - including all certificates required for all Insurance Trackers. 

  • Always discuss all Insurance Approved Tracker options available to suit your needs – even where we are unable to provide them.
